we put ours up 2nd weekend in December, so this year 9th or 10th...and it always comes down before the 12 days after Christmas have passed, usually before school resumes
for mine then deduct AED 1000, I still think they are high...much higher than our previous homes in Singapore or Thailand and you need aircon on all the time in those countries (mind you water costs less, and so does the tv/phone packages but then I have not included the tv/phone). that's not too bad compared to living at Green Comm East, we pay DEWA & Emicool here - my bills for 5 bed have been Aug 5053, Sept 5993, Oct 4494.....thank goodness we have to leave here at end of contract....the Villa project sounds more reasonable for the utilities
