Since 3 years there is an Italian mangement and they are really professional.
I went personally in their office in Al barsha to sign my Annual Maintenance contract and I was very surprise to see the office. Nice location with a professional group of people.
Few days ago I had an energency and I called the 80088, within 1 hour a very professional Team came to me and solve immediately the problem.
If you want you can ask of Mr. Gian (one of the Italian Manager) a very kind person and you can address to him all your enquiries.
