Thanks we would love to see your villa at Jum 1, our kids are 14 so we will need to sort out schools quite quickly. We really want an area where we can walk to amenities, Jum 1 sounds great in terms of getting to the beach etc... We will be working in Silicon Oasis. Would you mind telling me villa details and cost etc...

We have been to Canada several times. Vancouver is amazing you must go to Stanley park. When we go we travel to the furthest place first and travel to places on the way back. The drive is amazing especially when we went to the Rockies. At least with driving you get to see some fantastic sites and you can stop off at any point.

Thanks for this we want to live in an area with a community such as Cedre Villas or AR so I know they tend to be more expensive than places with no community areas.

This feedback is really useful. Thank you for your responses. I am adding Cedre Villas to my short list. Think we need a communal feel and the amenities. Lots of AR properties advertised but not many Cedre Villas. Umm Sequiem and Jumeriah look good too buy not sure if these are all individual villas - do they have communities/projects there too? Planning to come out in March for 10 days to check out schools and housing.

Why blocks a,b,c,d? I can't find many Cedre Villas properties to rent - do you know where I'd find them? What are the facilities like at Cedre Villas? Good for teenagers? Lots of questions I know! Really appreciate the responses.

Hi, we are moving to Dubai in 2013, and we have 2 teenagers (boy/girl both 14). We want to live within a community and we would like a villa. We will be working in Silicon Oasis, kids will probably go to Gems Wellington in Silicon Oasis. What areas would people recommend? We have a budget up to 240,000 dhs pa.
