There is a lovely speech therapist working at The American Centre near Khalidiya Mall by the name of Aliya - you can reach them at 02 666 4866 There is also Starz for Spcial Abilities that you can reach them at 024462048 (their website is www.starzuae.com) You can also reach The British Institute at 043945907 - you must contact the Dubai number but they do have an office in Abu Dhabi in KCA) Hope this helps

Hi vll, Is this the one with 50 units? One of the kitchens is outside across the garage, where as the other one inside is more of a serving kitchen? I guess if that is the same as you are talking about, then having this unusual design was a big disappointment for us.

I think it is now called Liwa Oasis and is off 9th street (sector 15) which then becomes 17th street. Brand new - not yet got electricity etc. Happy to meet anyone moving there. is it listed on dubizzle or any other realtor website where I can see the pictures? When would electricity be available out there? I am looking for some decent 3/4 bedroom accommodation in KCA (preferably in a compound) with a budget of around 160-170K

arabtec would be the only one anywhere here. none really in abu though. they all have the good and bad. the marina what do you mean, there is no marina as such do you mean raha beach? My guess is that she is talking about Marina Heights on Reem Island. I would suggest looking into Al Bandar - it's across from Raha Gardens and is an Aldar property. Lovely grounds, great facilities (multiple pools, tennis courts, gym, spinneys on site as well as a pharmacy, health clinic, sunglass shop, multiple restaurants, etc) and the maintenance is fantastic. 24-7, 7 days a week. Chgo2AD, do you have more details on the property? Agent/Agency name and contact info to find out availability?
