Thank You everyone for the encouragement...it means a lot to me especially being new to Dubai....I have the update and a question.... I was regular with periods throughout my life I've until 2 years back...that I started getting them 35-45 days....and a couple of months ago, I had the transvaginal probe ultrasound done and all the blood work done on the 2nd day of my periods and the doctor told me nothing much to worry about....just eat healthy and stay stress free... UPDATE: as u know I have been having old blood/dark brown spotting for the last two weeks...I got worried i tried going to dr.yulia but she was booked....Natalia didn't work out...I ended up with d. Mira...I took all my reports to her and she did not like them as they were from backhome...she said the dr didnt do complete blood check, n she didn't like the way the report was written....just by listening she diagnosed me with pcos...and them immediately did the ultrasound and within two minutes printed out the ovary pics and told me I have pcos! And, she said lt the bleeding be and wait until it finishes that it is from the endometrial lining shedding because before it was 2 cm and now 1 cm...and told me to take primulant for 14 days......what do I do? <em>edited by Maha7 on 28/06/2012</em>

Hey Maha Welcome to the forum :) First things first I would find a good gynaecologist and have a proper thorough examination. I don't know how long you have been trying but for some couples it takes a year or more. The average is about 6 - 9 months. Good news is that most issues can be sorted out once diagnosed but it's really important you have a smear. You may feel young and healthy but there can be infections and problems with no symptoms that can cause damage to your fertility. Sorry I don't want to scare you but it's always good to keep things in check "down there" especially if you're trying for a baby. There may be nothing wrong with you - some women just have irregular periods, but this will make it harder to predict when you're ovulating and therefore when are the peak times for you to get pregnant.
