I think the towers would be actually better, because they are very tall :) You can live in the high floors and so the noise would be minimal. The views buildings and the building where I live, are only 4 floors, so you are closer to the noise.
Also the golf towers I believe overlook the golf course at the back. So this would be no noise at all. And from the other side, they look at the lakes. I think it will be minimum noise.
In general, the neighborhood is called The Greens and The Views and it's one of the very good places in Dubai. It's generally very quiet, friendly people, good services. I think you will enjoy it here.

We live in the building right next to the Views 2. From my experience it's really quiet. However, our apartment does not look on the street. We are looking on the inside of the building, the pool. So it's really quiet. May be you can make sure to rent the apartments that look on the inside or the back of the building. That for sure will be very quiet.
