Hi all - completely forgot I posted this post (lets put it down to being preoccupied with IVF) - sorry for not replying sooner!
Started cycle 2 last week but again I'm not responding well to the meds - it's so frustrating having no control! I am going back on Thurs for more scans and blood work an they will decide whether to carry on or abandon the cycle again! ;-(
Would be great to meet others going through this whole emotional roller coaster! ;-)
Hi -I am starting 2nd cycle of IVF today at BournHall - I have also been trying to find some kind of support group/forum/buddie system etc but have drawn a blank! Anyone had any luck? :-)

I can only say great things about Bourn Hall! I have been to see Dr Diana quite a few times and really like her - she is calm and caring and really puts you at ease. The whole clinic has a nice feeling about it and the reception staff are also lovely.
I am heading back there anytime soon to start my second IVF cycle. I have not been to Dr Fakih because I was instantly put off by all the reviews about how commercial it was so I can't compare - my only experience has been of BournHall and I have been impressed so far!

I know there must be somewhere in Dubai that sells them, probably in Bur Dubai or Karama but we have yet to find anywhere - most places just sell large industrial ones. If anyone has managed to find something similar I'd really appreciate any info.
