We have found a lovely apartment in JLT and will be signing the contract today. Olfah at Engel and Volkers is the agent and she has been really helpful as our residency visa has been delayed due to ramadan hours and therefore we could not sort out the rent cheques as soon as we had thought. I know they have at least 1 apartment in JLT advertised now, we actually found ours initially by driving to the towers we liked the look of and asking security if any apartments were free. They had keys to empty apartments in almost every tower and a contact number for the responsible agent.
