Hello Johi, I relocated few months to Dubai and I want as well to meet new people. I agree, Dubai is amazing and you have so many options but its more fun if you hang out with some friends,. Please give a shout if you want to catch up for a coffee. Hi Miha/ everyone, I am also new to Dubai, and have been here for just over two months. It would be great to meet new people. I have noticed that a lot of the meet ups occur during the week. Unfortunately, because I am working during those times, it is impossible for me to attend. I appreciate everyone has a lot of commitments, particularly at the weekends, but Fridays and Saturdays, or alternatively, a week day evening, are the best times for me. If these times are suitable, and if anyone would like to meet, I would be ecstatic! ? Thank you, ladies! Look forward to hearing from you! ? P.S. I live in the Marina - not driving currently, but can travel via tram/ metro! ? Hi ladies, Please let me know when are you planning to see. Look forward to hearing back from you. Miha

Hi ladies, I am hoping some of you will share your experience with me, my sister has been diagnosed with CIN3 , she has seen 4 doctors so far between Sharjah and Dubai.. had multiple exams (biopsy, MRI ...) and all of them are giving different treatments from completing removing the uterus, LLETZ and etc.. unfortunately American hospital does not have gyno-oncologist at the moment and they referred to see another Dr. that she has seen and he is suggesting to do a cone biopsy (she has done the regular biopsy that has shown CINIII) now and based on the results to proceed further... please if any of you have experienced this recently can you please suggest a good doctor that we can see? all the other threads on this are quite old. sorry for many words the world has kind of crushed for us now :( Hi dzsia, I am sorry to hear that she had to face this situations, I am sure its not easy for a woman to hear that she needs to remove her uterus. She should not be scared because CIN 3 its not so bad (its not cancer and can be removed), She need to stay positive, I know many ladies with similar situations, they had a laser or surgery and now they are fine...with normal PAP. One of my friends had CIN 2 and she had a surgery, called conization or something like that. I can recommend you a good doctor, if she doesn't have any problems to see a man gynaecologist. His name is Michel Khalil, he has an impressive career (over 20 years in Paris and Dubai), you can find him at French Clinc, I saw him several times and he is a very professional. She can goes to she him and she will make an idea/impression. Good luck, ask her to stay positive and all the best.

Sorry to start a new thread on this subject but for some reason I ignore seems like I can't post on the already existing one :( I've been in Dubai since March (lived here before back in 2011) And as much as I love the city and living here, making friends can be a bit challenging. I'm 29 years old and I'm here with my husband (no kids) I'm not working at the moment and I would love to join some of you for coffee, lunch, and if you're into it, why not shopping, cultural outings, exploring town, Spa days, cooking classes, workshops, etc. Dubai is a great place with so much to offer and I love trying new things but sometimes having to do things on my own makes me be less motivated.
