Hi, does anyone know of any lady who can come over for 10 hours in the night to look after my 1 month old baby. I am desperate for some sleep and my baby is awake only at nights, I would like some help especially since I go to work soon. Does anyone know of any lady
Hi Beebers. Thanks for the advice. I do agree the 8 kgs in 2 months is good but the thing is i lost 4 kgs in the first week and then the remaining over a span of 7 weeks, so that feels bad. I have to agree that im hardly exercising which i plan to start this week being a 30 min walk atleast 5 times. I do not want to be more vigorous, i shall do that when i have my last 5 kgs to lose. My problem is, i follow a diet the whole week, then im asked to have a cheat meal, the next day .. 1 kg and a half more. My husband comforts me saying its water retention, constipation etc but what irritates me is that it takes another 3 days to remove that. My point is if its water retention etc, it should go off in one day. It takes me 3 days to remove my previous weeks weight (which i gain in one cheat meal) and then the other 4 days to lose another kg. so this is what frustrates. Mayb my food does not get digested that fast...dont know the answer but ya im still hanging on coz i want to get 10 off my body by dec.
how sweet r u all ..thanks for taking the time to write in. Ok im going to stop worrying abt this now and right enough hit the gym more often. I used to exercise a lot before, somehow lost the tempo but i think i can get it back. Let me make that a part of life and forget abt the dieting and weighing scale.
