Go for saniservice. I recently took their service and can vouch for their quality. They aren't like any other company, atleast that's what they told me. But the service was indeed 5 star quality.
I know that this is a very old forum. Still I have to say, go for saniservice, I haven't seen a better service company than them in Dubai. They are a bit expensive though, but the service quality is excellent.
