Thanks Ladies, for your advise and help. Claire - I am returning to the UK in feb. I have found DASA on google, but unfortunately there was no number, do have a number for them? I will also be getting a quote from Pickford, but it will also come down to the cost of it all.

Morning all, I am sure a post may have been written about relocation, so hopefully some can help me. We are looking to relocate back to the UK and was wondering if any has used any reliable moving companies that can help with the packing, etc and your items have arrived safely without any problems. We have recently contacted the following companies, APS, TMS, The Box, Crown Relocation and Allied Pickford. If you have dealt with any companies, any feedback on this companies will be great :) I would be grateful for any advise that's available. edited by mistryb on 08/01/2013

Thanks Ladies for the advise :) I've been using the redken shampoo and conditioner and although its only been a week, my hair is starting to feel a lot better. I'm also looking to buy the water filter showers head from a company called Blu and they have a stall in Ibn Bututta. Now that I know where to buy Argan Oil from, with all these combinations, I'm hoping it will help my hair! I do normally use hair oil in my hair once a week. I find the best way, is to add the hair oil when not leaving the house and also leaving it in overnight and then washing it the next day, I find it usually helps. But I guess, in these climates, we need to do a bit more and try and cover my hair. Thank you all :)

Thanks fairycakeyumm, it was kinda put off after the stylist spoke to me, but I thought I'd ask, before I write it off. Is hairworks good? I need someone that wont cut my hair short and do exactly as I ask, especially seeing as I wont have time to cut my hair in the UK.

I usually get all my stitching done in Bur Dubai by Dreamgirls. Great, efficient and good value for money. The guys name is Abede ( I think thats how you spell his name). Also recently, we had looked into having linen trousers made, and we were quoted 195Dhs in Bur Dubai, thats stitching and fabric all included, a place called holllywood.

Thank you for the information. Thats great. As we live in an apartment, I'm not sure about having a filteration system throughout the apartment, but only on the shower head. Me and my husband were walking past a stall in Ibn Bututta Mall and saw his interesting shower head, which filters out the impurities of the water. The only thing with this shower head is that it had some kind of lemon smell in the water. Is that a good thing?

Oh I see. I called Engage today and managed to send my CV across to them, but I couldnt get through to Ranstad. Do you have a number for them? Also, how easy did you find a job out here in Healthcare? I'm looking for roles as a CRA or Project Management, but was asked if I could speak Arabic. Is that a requirement for your field as well? I seem to be struggling finding work out here, especially in this field, but also when applying for other roles outside of this area, I havent really been successful :(
