Last year the whole food court in dubai mall was open. They sectioned off part of it, so you could eat in the food court upstairs for sure. Hopefully they do the same this year.

hi Everyone, The owner has not come forward for the turtle. So, now I am on the hunt for a new one :-) I just want him to go to a loving family that will take good care of him so we won't have to find him in the middle of the street again (poor thing). I am pretty sure it is a turtle now.. I will definatly let you know if we find the owner or not. thanks We have been turning our villa up side down looking for my daughters turtle/tortoise but still cannot find it but we are not near Palmera. Our tortoise was orginally found in Mirador some months ago and needed a home so we took it in. I fear the dog may have picked it up when she got into my daughters bedroom but still looking in the villa in hope. If you do not find the owner let me know and maybe we could take it off your hands. McB Hi I found a turtle in Arabian ranches in the middle of the street by Palmera 3 by the lake. is it yours??? he is safe at our home right now so no worries. just want to return him to his rightful owner.

Hi there, I use Mr Ganesh (050 7950748) who did all my curtains but also recovered my outside cushions and made new ones for the chairs and sunbeds. He is always running late, so don't be put off if you have to reschedule ;) BUT it's worth it as I found the quality to be excellent and reasonably priced too. Make sure to tell him to bring the material book for the outside material when you call. Good luck! Thanks!!!

Does anyone know or can recommend an Afro hair salon in Dubai that I can get my weave tracks taken out, hair relaxed and new tracks put in??? Thank so much Sx Hi my mom is black and I am mixed and she goes to a salon in Al Barsha 1 by mall of the emirates. I dont remember the name but is it located right next door to perfect endings cupcakes in Barsha 1. so if you look up and find out where perfect endings cupcakes is, you will know that the hair salon is right next door. we used to go to the ones in Deira but we found this one and the location cant be beat. also the salon is very pleasant inside not like the ones in Deira. HTH

Yes I use Tresseme shampoo and conditioner as well and i have karatin in my hair. but be sure to check the back of the bottle because one of the tresemme shampoos have sodium chloride in them. i forgot the name of the one that does.
