Sorry Poppygirl, I was under the impression that you were just thinking about it. Anyway, to me it is a no-brainer....DESC definately wins over Rep, and many other schools here. I would put it up just under DC in levels of schools choices. In fact, I would only list JESS, DESC, DC & ASD as choices for secondary here. does JC not make the list? if not why in'your opinion'

abby-n-chritina & Paddington thank you - DD was assessed for year 3. so either they are processing by age i.e start with FSI and work upwards s- no news is news! You have given me push to keep calling to find out yeah or nay. cheers :)

Best location for camping for us was DIBA ( beach next to Tulip hotel - Oman). No need for visa - only passport check point when u cross over the border.
