Hi,
Cograts for the news. I live in sharjah and had 3 babies here all at Al Zahra hospital sharjah. My friend lives in the springs and chose Al Zahra hospital which is in barsha. She had an Indian female doctor that she was very comfortable with as she has been a gyni for about 20 years.
She went with Al Zahra hospital because she had a terrible experience at the American hospital around garhoud area. And she went to an American doctor. Both cover insurance.
Private hospitals are expensive if u don't have insurance. With my 3rd pregnancy I finally decided to buy the maternity package (around 5000dirham) covered most screen test blood test ultrasounds then we paid another 10 000dirhams for overnight care and natural delivery. just be warned c-sections can cost almost 20 000 dirhams without insurance.
Good luck!
Hi,
I've lived in share ah and get them done at the stores here. Located behind Al Zahra hospital in sharjah, the area name is usually referred toof as "rolla" it an area to buy materials and fabrics and have actual shops for curtains and that lot.
They come and install everything and there prices are reasonable. My friend lives in the springs so she came with me and she got her living room slide doors and kitchen fitted with choice of railings
She had roman blinds fitted and the two and half meter window done with chiffon and drapes also, they drove out to the springs and installed them all in less than an hour. roughly cost about 900 Durham but we'll worth it as u don't have to fit or measure or have any tools and ladder needed to install those heavy drapes.
My friend is happy with her curtains too.
