Hi, ladies I want to buy a new car and was told that after the new year it might drop down up to 10% of its price as the model will be considered last year. Have anyone ever had any experience? Shall I buy it now or wait 2 month?

Got 3 months maternity leave. Had to travel for delivery so actually had 2 months with my baby boy. I have live out nanny now and work half day so it's not that bad. The only advice - take nanny at least 1 month before you'll come back to work so you'll have time to check her and change if needed. Good luck!

Try Eternel Clinic on Jumeirah Road - Dr. Zuhair is very good.

Depends on type of business you want to start: you can have either 51% local shareholder or so called local agent - depends on your license. Do you have local partner? Call Julia 0561423902 - she works for company which can help you with everything

Can anyone tell me the procedure for a virtual office in Dubai? I would love hear from your guys. If you need company with virtual office - they're allowed in some Dubai free zones only (DMCC, DWC, DSOA). Or are you interested in virtual office without company?

Hi! I found RAK free trade zone very helpful. The procedures were simple and it didn’t take very long. 07-2041118 is the number of the person who connected me to the sales guy. They also have an office in Dubai Festival City. You can chk www.rakftz.com for more details. Hope this helps! how interesting. friend has his biz visa through RAK, they were hopelessly incompetent, made him make loads of trips to RAK....and his maid's visa was so much more expensive than doing through dubai! he registered his child's visa in december, still doesn't have her emirates ID card!!! hopeless. will mention the festival city office tohim.... Well, maybe he made it through RAKIA, not through RAK FTZ - there are 2 free zones in RAK in general the cheapest one is Creative City if you're going for service license (and don't need visa) and Ajman - if you're in need of trading license

Actually it should be from your sponsor I.e. free zone, LLC company, husband or father (whatever visa you use). In reality NOC from free zone cost money and many consulates accept just a letter from employer on its letterhead stating that employer has no objection for Mr. Xx to travel to xxx country in the period from xx to xx

Creative and Virtue are rather pricey. Better opt for Ajman free zone - it's much cheaper (around 20,000 for company with flexi office) and they have license for web business. At the same time if u want to start business somewhere where u'll be able to upgrade to a real office later think about DWC or DMCC. DMCC with flexi office will cost around 50,000

Congrats! One of the translators translated "single" instead of "virgin" - same meaning and much less explanations.

I called few places but everybody saying different things about how many sessions i need im caucasian with silky light hair..Im also little bit shy to ask if this procedure will remove hair only from (sorry) mons or further down too :) If you're hair is fair, it might not work for you, as lasers can only be absorbed by dark pigments. There are lasers which treat fair hair also but not sure if they're available in UAE What u purchased in Boots is most probably Philipps - it's not laser. In general have never seen laser to be sold in pharmacies. Plus all things u can easily buy in the nearest shop are not strong at all as they should do no harm while used by someone without special knowledge. So results also won't be that good

Did underarms and bikini in Embassy of Beauty in Marina They had promotion so one session+touch up (one more session after 2 weeks) for underarms was 300 dhs and 500 for bikini (full). For underarms u might need up to 5 sessions, for bikini up to 6 - because bikini zone depends on hormones a lot. Anyways I'm very happy because I don't have this nightmare with sugaring-waxing 3 times a month

I know that parrots are not easy in looking after - I had one before (and it still lives with my family there) and I know WHICH sounds it can make (copying of all noises wasn't actually the worst part) can someone give a link to that British lady's contact details?
