That's such great news, I got my appointment there in one week. Getting too excited.

Thanks so much. I love babycentre.co.uk, but there's so much info out there sometimes I confuse myself. And on those days when I'm just a little too tired, I think I make myself crazy (like tie a potplant to my head and do the tellytubby dance-crazy). 21st of August, do you have any back pain yet? I'm starting to get these weird, sharp pains in the right side of my back, next to my spine, below my shoulder. Can hear my mother's voice in my head, telling me that it's because I'm not sitting properly. Can't believe I'm going to be that voice in someone else's head soon.

Okay, all sorted with Dubai Mall Mediclinic. They have been super helpful. Is it okay to drag your husband in with you? What's the policies? Can't imagine leaving him out of the whole process. And while I'm asking a million questions, coolgemini, what are "usual" aches and pains? It's my first, and it's really active with bumping, popping and sorts of things that make my tummy jump.

My niece and her friends had a Princess makeover party there (at AED 145 per). I couldn't believe how much was included. The girls were completely and totally exhausted, bunch of little Princess Performers with One Direction blaring (couldn't stop singing it for DAYS). The host in particular was worth the extra charge. I think we, adults, had even more fun with the activities, games and playland than the kids or we're just big kids. Better than deal gobbler, they doing great playdate packages for groups of 10 or more kids on weekdays, cooking class with a spa visit/laser room and soft play for AED 60 a head.

I am, I'm due August 18. My husband and I found out we were pregnant a week before we got on a plane to Dubai (about a month after we sold our home and our worldly belongings). The relocation has been tough, but I have been blessed with the smoothest pregnancy ever. Baby is doing everything like clockwork. Just have to have to get to a doctor. Last check up was 2 months ago. Ever since then my employers have had my passport, thank heavens I have it back. And can make a plan now. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!!!
