Hi ladies, Thanks niggly and acceber for your reply. Sorry to hear that you still have the morning sickness. Did you try to eat ginger biscuit or peppermint tea it's help me a lot at the beginning. I am 29 weeks expecting the baby in mid-july. I have a 2,5 years little boys and part of the blue team this time also. Just move to Dubai so with the house and nursery hunting the pregnancy is flying by also can't believe I only have 12 weeks left or less. It will be great idea to meet up one days before the baby arrived picture that moment and also after when they will here . Cheers.

Hi just talk to them now but they do not have machinery cleaning you need to rent somewhere else and they can do it for you. How much did you pay for the cleaning. Thanks

Hi Evryone Just got quotation from tip top 1800dhr for 3 beedrom, living room and hall entrance this only the working charge? I have to buy by my own the painting? do you think is reasonable price?? or do i need to tell them to include the painting charge and see what they will come up with ??? please advice thanks

Same case we just found out a villa in jumeirah that we really like agent told me he rent the same house in the compound 6month ago 210K and when we arrived for negociation the landlord is asking 250k we finally agree for 230k. Beside that there is lot of work to do in the house painting selling .....etc my agent told if I go to rera and register the house the landlord cannot raise the rent for 2 years ? its true ?I do not believe my agent after what happen thanks

thanks mamamia just called Ace in festival city seems that they have some peoles who can guide chosing for the wallpaper and painting. Ithink i will go to Ace first see how they can assist me if nothing come up i will try to negociate if the interior designer.

Hiya Ifind my maid with them. Very good agency and not ex^pensive compare to others agent. so far i am very happy with my maid also the ladie who do the interview is very reliable she always call me to check if evrthing is fine with my maid.

good i am meeting her tomorrow hopefully she will find something who make me happy. The agent that i am dealing right know not feeling she is helping in term of negociation always telling me i need to do the works by myself not the LL. So did you have to pay the works that have to be done or its the part of negociation??

Hi New French family move to dubai with my 2.5 years old boutchou I had the same concerns regarding which education system to go? we really liked children garden and also what is good with children garden if you stay until KG2 they can garanty a ^place in this international school JBS its IB curriculum; My only concern is what is the reputation of JBS because is new school?
