hi Naddu200, Have you delivered as yet? Did you finally go with Dr nirmala? I just met her today and yes, she does come off as very cold and unconcerned but sometimes that distance allows me to communicate more clearly as my emotions are detached. My antenatal therapist was not 100% on her and I am not checking with my doula, but it is always good to have more feedback from people with first hand experience. I am currently 33 weeks and switching doctors because my previous doctor started discussing c-sections at 31 weeks... not sure why she did but she did and it freaked me out quite a bit! TIA Nabs

Hi deda24, i would like to know how was your experience with Dr. Salma? Her credentials look pretty amazing but first hand experience always trumps experience in my books.

Hey Dubaimum85, I think the average for a doula is 2000 dhs and that comes with one post natal visit around the 2 or 3 weeks mark. Regarding Vbac's all doulas are pro VBAC - my antenatal hypnobirthing sessions are with a doula and she is teaching us specifically about VBAC's and what we need to do to achieve our goals. If you would like you can get in touch with her through her website www.bellybabymom.com.

My LO is in DESS and she loves it. Today was actually the first day I noticed that maybe her teacher was not in the best of her moods, because my LO specifically took a coloring to school to show her teacher but it was the usual rush of the mornings and the teacher did not bother acknowledging her just asked her to put it away and sit down. I did not want to make a big deal over it as I can only imagine how demanding it can be to handle 24 kids, but not once have I heard my LO complain about the attention in school or the time in school, she wakes up eager every morning to rush to school. All good things so far and oh yes, she is in FS1. They even have library sessions, swimming, dancing, singing and music for FS1. Their fees are in the acceptable range and do not change year on year. There is usally a parental committee put together to discuss increase in fees and any other changes even to the food served. The biggest concern I have is the parking (or lack thereof) for drop off in the morning...:P
