You said you have own volume 10 and looking for a salon hair color to mix with. I think it will not work because the salon hair color mix with Volume 20, 30 or 40. I feel the best thing to buy a hair color kit from a supermarket which included everything. Professional hair color has to be mixed with its own volume which comes in bigger bottles which is useless for you to buy such for individual use. Just sharing my point of view :biggrin:

depends if it's a boy or a girl.... Boys are about 400 aed, girls about 800 depending on the vet. Is this your pet or a street cat? Hello, thank you. My friend has two cats and she wants to rehome them and I was thinking to adopt one because my kids like cats so much. They are not neutered/ spayed.

I am a full time mom of two! no luck of discovering salons to do my nails. but yes I am a gelish lover by situation because I have to forget about taking care of my nails by chipping. I use Azza Spa (their number 8002992 if anyone wants), they do home service and I get my gelish nails done at home. their gelish manicure is 150dhs and no additional charged for visiting home. I am happy with their service. :)

Hi Ladies, looking for recommendations for a good courier company to send important documents to the UK. Recommendations, ones to avoid and contact details appreciated. TIA You can check with Aramex, UPS, and skynet also. Skynet is quite cheaper than other courier services. And their service is good I have used them.

hello ladies, I am now shifted to Dubai near Jafliya. we have only one irani salon in my area and i dont like it. Plz tell me about good parlor where i can do many service in one package. i also want to do smoothening for my hair, do they do it here? Try azza salon and spa, they are in downtown but they send beauticians to your place at the same salon price. last month they had a very good package to do 4 services for 200dhs out of many! I did my mani pedi and 15min neck and shoulder massage and threading for 200dhs! They were professional and hygienic. Thanks edited by pearl13 on 24/11/2014 Hello, I had my DD's birthday party at our garden with a company called azza. they are a spa but does birthday party for kids. they came with lots of nail colors, nail stickers, ttattoos, hair decorations stuffs etc. Kids enjoyed a lot. Staffs were very friendly and I had to pay 300dhs per staff. Call them on 800 2992 if you are interested. xx

So I was getting my nails done at my regular salon.There were no other clients, probably because it was 10 AM. These 3 foreigner ladies stepped in for a blow dry, it took them 10 mins to explain they need a blow dry (they could not speak more than few words of English). Hair dresser told them price and additional charge for doing blow dry for hair extensions as well. While girls were working on their hair, those ladies were not happy with the work. Hairdresser was turning blue (with anger :lol: after one of the ladies kept calling her "Not professional" ), she than offered them if they dont like her work, may be they can go to some other salon. They did not leave and asked the girls to finish job. After finishing the work, they refused to pay any money. Hairdresser was already ****** off, she asked them pay otherwise she'll call police. They said "we prefer police" and started smoking INSIDE the salon, kept yelling, calling salon girls with different names while making the video. Police arrived, they continued with police officer, refused to delete any photos or videos (including mine :cry: ) refused to pay any money. After 2 hours, they finally had to pay, delete the videos and leave. Saying Dubai is a ****** place, they pay only 5 Euro in France to get hair done and this salon along with police ripped them off. Poor salon girls were in tears and embarrassed. I was speechless at the end of my service and I dont know if i will ever go back to them, i just feel weird. I dont know why some people will create so much drama? those ladies could simply go to some other salon or the salon girls could leave the money. :nerd: I was feeling thankful for the home service salon I am using. No hassle of rushing to salons and having to see all these dramas because no one can pop up to my home! :angel:

Is Dnata still the place to get an international driving license? Or are there any other places? Thanks My husband got his International driving license last February from Karama post office. It just took about 30mins and he paid AED 150.

Show rooms in Malls are quite expensive. and they have so many rules and regulations from Mall management which will cost you more than the rent. Why dont you think for any other good location where the foot fall is there.

Can you draw down on your credit cards or an overdraft facility? Ask your bank for an overdraft facility - I got 30k when I did that before Dear hilsbils, many thanks for the idea. I didnt know before. Im gonna call the bank now. thank you loads! :) xx

The big honey cake from Spinneys, it costs DH 80 and looks like it could feed an army, about 26 cm across! BTW, Choithrams bakery muffins are really good. Yum! mouthwatering! thank you.. ;)

coffee, tea, variety of muffins, breads/butter/jam,fruit plate, breakfast sandwiches. Chances are, they have already had breakfast so a snack would be fine, unless the meeting is at 6.a.m. :) Many thanks SueB.. ;)
