Hi everyone, anyone still waiting for January babes? I am due on Thursday, my third and was sure she would come early but am still here...is there a coffee morning going ahead this month or next where new Mums can come along and meet up?

Thanks so much that helps a lot. I will certainly look up fairy godmothers as I will be a working Mum around school hours but definitely will need some help/odd night out with hubby. I think it is going to take me a while to find a live in maid I trust enough to leave with my girls! I will ask around when I arrive but any top tips welcome, from what I have read seems a bit of a mine field. Def need a good recommend from a family moving on. Thanks ladies

Thanks for housing advice JI def off the list now! Don't worry I think they are fairly easy on year1, we sent reports and they asked her current teacher to write a assessment of where she is at as she starts year 1 in Sept. My eldest sat a 3 hour exam though but still no problems. I hope she gets in and we will have to have a coffee anyway as be great to meet someone else new and compare notes!

Hi No still deciding on where to live, hubby is in an apt in Marina until we join but looking at usual suspects, AR, Al Barari as keen to be close to school. Liked JI but drive seems to be too long. Thoughts?? Thanks everyone

Thanks no not yet, we are all visiting the school last day before half term in Feb so have been told the girls can meet their teachers then, so will keep you posted! Fingers crossed the class is a good one, I guess they remain in that for year 6 too? I will be def be driving them for the foreseeable future so do people hang out at the coffee place in reception ever? Terrified of getting lost so will prob arrive hours early....
