I asked my friend forgot to get back to you. The agency she uses doesthe standard service with all tax etc which they charge more
however for a one of fee £350 they find you a nanny mostly eastern european and you pay nanny cash so avoid all the hassle
she says nanny all referenced and background checked

I dont know if they do the rest of uk but nanny was live in and did all housework as well
To me was worth it as otherwise visit back to home is stressful. She also took kids out park etc and let me catch up with old friends
