Medela freestyle. You can get single or double. I bought the double, it's amazing and when charged up full I can use it for something like 10 times before I need to charge it again. I got it from babyshop in mirdiff cc, it cost around 1500 aed. Worth every penny! Hth edited by N.Kaye on 30/04/2011

lol yeah very good idea, saw 'how to' vids for this on youtube. I did try it, but after a while the 'holes' get loose and don't keep the heads in (like it tight enough so I can walk about). Hmm, I'll order it from amazon but thought it would be worth a shot asking as i'm so impatient waiting for deliveries.

Bit confused re Thai Massage here in Dubai. I know Thai massage to be where they give you some jim jammy type cotton clothing to pop on and then they stretch you in all different ways to take away tention......good after sports etc (amazing) but here........they seem to get the oil out (two ladies) :s is that just me? am I seeing the wrong lady? Not interested in getting my skin rubbed down, hate that 'oiled' feeling. Any recommendations of where to go for my attempt number 2 ? Ta!

Sellers phone is still off :( and no reply....double :(( oh well never mind, think I can wait until this evening, then i'll go with the moby. Bubs needs some comfort and pretty soon. Good thing about the link below is you can hire the Moby for a month. So will do that, see how it goes and maybe i'll get the hang of it. Glad I posted here though, would never have heard or believed the great stuff said about either Moby or k'tan

bit too shy to share on a forum. :s i'd say don't worry too much. It is, in the end, a beautiful thing. I used Joyce http://www.doulasofdubai.com/contactus.htm good luck

Delighted was mine too. I love her! sorry - also add, I had my baby in Feb at AH. I think the hospital was amazing. But i'll NEVER EVER go with the doctor again. She was great up until the birth but then did a naugty sly thing - just to bring on the birth. Also my follow up with her was what I can only describe as digusting and terrible. So my vote goes to AH for sure, it was fab but go with either Dr George or Dr Briathwaite. That should make it quite obvious as to who you should avoid! edited by N.Kaye on 21/04/2011

:( I'm one too. Its really hard - I'm 26 and have had it since 18. Bad points - Back in the UK on the NHS I never got any help, nothing, it took 3 years of crying to different doctors to finally get a silly blood test and to be seen by an endocrinologist only to be told by him there is nothing that can be done. I know there are good doctors back home who recognise PCOS....I just never came across them and this is in 3 different cities. So i'd be really interested in who you went to, what did they offer in terms of advice, medicine, plans etc? Bad point 2 - people just don't get it. E.g losing weight becomes so hard no matter how hard you try - never taken seriously by anybody. Good point - you can have babies :) I just had a baby girl 7 weeks ago, all natural, no problems even though my hormone imbalance is on the extreme end. I've learnt that its sometimes best to listen to Doc and people with a pinch of salt. :) edited by N.Kaye on 12/04/2011
