Hi all
My friend has just accepted a job out here in Dubai, she has a daugher but has split up from the childs father, she really wants to start a new life out here in Dubai, but she knows that the daughters father wont let her move out her without a fight, she says that the father hasnt paid anything for the daughter since she was born, and refuses to see her, she has tried hard with everything. She thinks that he will just want to make it hard for them and not really care about their daughter.
Is there any advice anyone can recommend, and what would happen if she were to just love out here and not tell the childs father? Is that illegal?
