to begin with, there are no bad ares, it's not like a city with ghetto parts ;) I love living in the ranches, it is clean and pretty and the communal areas are great :)

I had a friend with awful acne, she tried antibiotics, hormones, dermabrasion, and a foul med called roacutan which thins the skin. I believe that her skin complaint was from depression. She tried Pro Active and within weeks her skin was amazing. I am not sure if it contains alcohol though, I think there is a possibility that it might....

Hi All, This is now day 7 of not smoking and I really don't miss it at all, I almost feel relieved. We set a date two months ago and I feel that helped a lot. Please may I have a little pat on the back :)

I once had a student say his coursework was'nt in on time because his maid had not packed it in his bag that day! My response 'well ring up your driver now and get him to bring it to school this instant'....the minute it was out of my mouth I was horrified with myself. A student also told me that they were not wearing the correct uniform because they had forgotten to ask the maid to wash it. PMSL - That is hilarious, I nearly choked on the diet coke that I had the restaurant downstairs deliver to me earlier. Fortunately I had my tissue box ready (replenished by our driver as and when) to mop up the drips. I then recounted this back to my colleague who looked at me totally gone out as she was born here and couldn't see why it was funny!

Rip Curl at Beyond Beach it was 100+ , but it will last me until he grows out of it. If you do buy an all in one type, just remember only handwash and do not dry in the sun as they will get damaged.

OK, so my DH and I had set June 1 aside to quit smoking, months ago. It's almost here and we wanted a last night of being unhealthy. Dinner booked and I won't be able to smoke at all? Please clarify :( And no, I can't just stop a day early - lol!

Congratulations Glamour girl! Yorkies are worth persevering with, I make 12x large and 15 medium ones for 4 adults and a pud loving toddler and they all disappear! You'll be doing Christmas dinner before you know it. One idea is, can you get OH to do the meat on the BBQ? It lessens your work then. Tip two, for sauce, saute mushrooms or onions in gravy, add Stout (if drinkers there) reduce and then add cream. Sprig of sage or rosemary or thyme and salt and pepper too. :)

Desert Palm is far from the Greens. The Polo club at the Ranches is much closer and if you are dead keen and haven't decided for definite on the Greens you can live in Motor City, The Ranches or Studio City (I'm not sure of your circumstances!) and even almost walk there. It is a little expensive, but the Entertainer will get you a couple of two desert hacks for the price of one.

Seeing my little boy running towards me shouting "mummy" and looking so happy Driving with the roof down whilst listening to music - loud Watching an Elvis movie or Summer Holiday or Grease (sorry, awful taste in films!) When my Hubby tells me he loves me When I get presents :) (deep down, I'm really shallow!) The smell of stables The smell of Freshly cut grass Listening to my little boy singing to himself when he has gone to bed I am actually pretty happy a lot! What makes me unhappy is that if I am busy being happy or giddy, people ask me what is wrong with me!

I blew a tyre in July, midday in the fast lane of SZ road and someone stopped and helped me, he offered to change my tyre, but the car was pretty undriveable. Also some amazing and skillful driving by a guy by Jebel Ali when I had to slam all on helped me evade a sure case of whiplash!
