I know, but I have only 1 tiny fine, 1st one ever in my driving life of 30 years! I think I am more entitled to a discount than a mad driver with over say 40,000 - 200,000dhs in fines?
For Hats to wear to the Dubai World Cup race, I have been searching also. Tried Debenhams in all malls, up to yesterday - no hats in stock yet and the shop assistant said they would be getting them in soon.....!!! The Burjuman hat display and milleners sale is starting on 16th March for a week. I am checking Mercato Mall, they usually do a hat stand for the races.
