Hi Stef G, thanks for ur response n sorry for replying late. Got a bit busy. My son, lately, is trying to avoid any contact with anyone , as much as possible n hates crowded places. Always complains tht there r too many ppl. That's y I'm worried about his travel ...really don't know what to do...have his therapy appointment soon, so let's c...thanks friend, for ur concern...

Hi everyone, I need a piece of advice about possible relocation to home country...maybe me n my 14 year old son will have to relocate to our home country..now, how do I explain this to my son so that he takes it positively.i know that it's upsetting, considering the fact that he's never lived there , only visited. N v haven't been able to visit since last 3/4 years...on top of that he doesn't have a very good opinion about life there, thanks to the misleading information on the internet..n then the personal factors, like living away from dad n change in lifestyle etc...I really don't know what to do...plz help....thanks

Hi seefdubai, I can surely recommend dr. Valeria risoli at the 'Dubai physiotherapy and family medicine clinic', at the town centre jumeirah,....jumeirah beach road. She's really good and I can say tht as I have a personal experience with my child...I hope u find what u r looking for ...??

I'm in this country since 16 years, still I feel like that these days....I'm a home maker n as now my kids r all grown up, elder one is in the university in the U.K. N younger one is busy in school...I don't have much friends either . The suggestions given above all very useful, read a good positive book,, gyming etc..whichever suits u, do that...n do not hesitate to take professional help if needed, hope u find happiness n peace soon...take care....???

Hi Clessani1, I agree with u that everyone faces the issues of anxiety n depression at some point in life... the degree n type may vary...Expat life is not easy,as life itself isn't ....I think there are two ways-1)we could try making good friends,with whom we can share our thoughts n feelings...n...2)if needed,seeking professional help.... some ppl r lucky to have some really good friends(I'm not),besides having ur partner n family by ur side.. take care n ?

Hi goblin, for a dermatologist I would surely recommend dr. Jyotish George at the prime medical centre in jumeirah 1. He's a very experienced n good dr. N as clessani1 suggested,installing a shower filter would b a good idea....hope u find a solution...take care
