It is always sad to hear these stories, and they are so common. May I respectfully suggest that you look at the Dubai forum - there is a thread on about the third page headed "miscarriage D & C procedure". You will see advice from a lady called Tessa21.
From her various postings I would assume that Tessa21 is a professional UK lady with many years of experience in gynae/obs, including teaching at university level. From my own unfortunate experience I can confirm that her advice is absolutely spot on.
Keep calm and my very best wishes to you - you will get through this and go on to have healthy babies.
Take the property search websites with a pinch of salt, a lot of entries are fictional. Be very careful dealing with estate agents out here, they operate very differently from what I was used to in UK. You'll find loads of advice about them online - try expatforum (look at the Dubai postings) for no holds barred info.
