I took it away from both kids when they turned 1. I think for sure by 2, a child is too old for one, and will affect the teeth if used to long.

I personally don't think LuLus is any cheaper than Carrefour, but I guess depends on the type of things/ groceries you buy. I do one or two big trips to Carrefour a month, stock up on frozen bagged chicken breasts and beef, then have meat handy in the freezer. Then for fresh produce, milk, bread throughout the month, I get at Spinneys.

Hello! Would love to help with any questions you have, we are also from the US. Hello all! My husband and I are considering a move to Dubai with Emirates Airline (from the US) and have been doing extensive research. We have 2 small children, 5 and almost 3 years old, and I would stay home with them as opposed to work outside of the home. I'm curious if there are any EK families on here that may be able to shed some insight as to what we might expect/encounter should we be fortunate enough to make this move. Specifically if I were to accompany him during the interview process and the transition from here to there regarding our housing and visas. It's my understanding that housing is given upon my husband's arrival and we don't know in advance (which is understandable and acceptable) but are there certain areas we'd be likely to end up so that I might be able to research the area/schools for my children? Thank you SO much in advance for any help and insight, I greatly appreciate it!

Do you happen to have a great recipe for your southern mac n cheese? Shoulder cut is best but I have had success with the pork that is in the frozen section of spinneys pre cut into cubes as well. I put it in the slow cooker on auto for 6-8 hrs with a BBQ sauce. It then pulls with a little effort (two forks usually does the trick) Sadly my kids and husband don't like true Southern Mac n cheese so I end up serving it with coleslaw.

Looking at switching from Cilest to Gynera. However, when I started Cilest, I had mood issues and headaches in the beginning. The symptoms went away eventually, just don't want to go through all that again if switcing pills will cause it.
