Favourite Things at Marina mall are great. They really put on such a good show for the kids and take care of everything. Been to two parties there and have a great cafe for parents to enjoy

I have called plugins where we got it and now bosch have told me the same. But, it should be in writing somewhere that these things are not covered and its not mentioned any where. I told in that case I will return the whole oven and they said I can only get a refund within one week......

Hi DizzyDuck - can I ask where your son goes now? I am a newbie coming from British System and have 2 bright athletic kids Yrs 3 and 7 and am trying to get together a shortlist of schools for a September start. Was thinking of GWSO but your comments have made me think twice. Any advice gratefully received! I would still give GSO a go, my daughter just did the entrance exam today and will get the results next week the school is amazing. My daughter is now at JBS and GSO is three times the size and they seem much more organised already. Loads of extra school activities, all European teachers. But, lets see if she passed but for me its seems better than where we are now With respect how can you advise someone else to give it a go when you are not even in the school? Have you visited all the other schools in Dubai and looked at their proven results and gained feedback from their parent bodies? Being three times the size is not always a benefit! How many playgrounds and sports fields did you see and what is the school pupil size for example? Lol!! Lolacat, I never said they were the best school and I can express my opinion that's what this forum is for right?! If you read what I put I said for us it seem better an where we are....everyone is different and can make there own judgement....

I had the same, Kaya clinic are not good. They a big chain and their doctors come and go. Dr Christina at Cooper clinic 043486344 al wasl road. She did a few chemical peels for me and also had a water/filer tx (cant remember exactly what its called) which is injected into the scars and lifts them out. Feel loads more confident after the tx.

Well, I recently discovered cream dory, it so tasty and quite cheap for the amount you get. A bit like cod but slightly thinner and creamy taste. I love it, do it with Asian spices

Thank you, ladies. I will stick with Gems, we did have a look but went late on a Thursday. She is doing her assessment tomorrow but just always good to get another mums opinions. She is in JBS at the moment, a bit disorganized and nothing to encouraging them to be social with each other.

He's going into to the IBCC course next year ....... been there 3 years now. Thanks, is just want to make sure there are plenty of kids similar to her. The kids in her other school are mostly Arab and she needs European kids. Do you know about the drama and art classes? After school activities? Where she is it's very limited. Thank you

I agree, you will find someone that loves you enough to marry you. I had all of these before 'I love you but I am not the marrying kind etc etc' spent a long time one my own with my dog after all this and got used to the idea of being on my own and when I was cool with being by myself, I found the most amazing man who is now my husband and it will happen for you too. Be strong, remember woman are stronger than these commitment phobic men. All the best to you and your child x

If he wont "man up" and make you and the baby into a family is he really worth your tears? I presume you are posting from outside the UAE..... hi, thank you. yes, he's def not worth of my tears. Just need time to accept that. xx

Hi, I have to agree. Medcare are fantastic, i had to have surgery there and was very impressed with the clinical staff. Just unfortunate that the reception and admin staff are so rude and unwilling to help as it can put you off. But, the doctors are very good especially the gynie

I have tried loads and I am afraid to say none are actually waterproof, if you swim or work out they do come off. I found rimmel one the best as it did not smudge like the others I have tried.
