Don't worry TDB, I was told the exact same thing for my DS but in the end he was perfect...size wise and weight wise.. I too found the books boring and read them again after DS was born...it was interesting afterwards ;)

Hi Zuzu, first of all congrats for twins :) U can do a lot to increase the supply...try fenugreek tablets..they shud available in pharmacy or u can try the one in lamcy mall...I don't knw if Lactonoc Granules are available in Dubai robot but they helped me a lot...I had the same problem with my DS..I just kept feeding him let him suck for as long as he wanted...I think it's ok that ur breasts don't hurt all time also it's not necessary tht when we pump it shud be a lot in some time..for different people it's different....and if ur babies are not interested in bottle after breast feed tht means they r getting their tummies full with BM Also check the diapers as in how much u r changing in a day if they peeing fine then they r getting enuf milk... HTH

If u r near Burjuman then I wud suggest Dr.Samitha at unicare clinic in burjuman mall..my kids ( 2 yr and 4 months) have been going there from starting and we are very comfortable with her..or u can try Dr.Menon...his clinics also near burjuman only... edited by priyankaj on 07/05/2012

Asafetida is a spice used in most Indian dishes and it's a very good medicine too for upset tummies..very good for digestive systems and when used for cooking only a little bit is used. In fact for small babies ( infants also), a pinch is taken mixed with water and rubbed on their tummies for gas problems..and it works like a miracle. Both my kids have gone to sleep immediately after doing this whenever they had a gas issue..

I had somewhat same problem with my ODS..there were times when he would just not feed from one side..I would say keep trying..they get a hang of it. I know it hurts a lot but u just have to keep him giving the right side at times..and try increasing the number of times you pump from that side. Also while taking shower express some milk from that side and let warm water fall on it...regarding his tongue, just leave it the way it is..my doc told me not to do anything for the tongue and mouth..and is it the lips that are dry? If so then he might be dehydrated..keep on feeding him then..u can never over feed a breast feed baby :) and as for MIL let her opinion rest with her..just listen and ignore u r the mother u knw what is good for your baby.... These days will fly away so soon....enjoy them don't take stress...

My son started his nursery last week only. He is 25 months old...he loves being with kids. It all depends on you ,how comfortable you are with letting your kid go to school...most of the nurseries here have either 3 day or 5day a week schedule...or you can probably send your daughter to one of the various summer camps which will be starting in July and see how she feels about it...
