Centroid are doing workshops and courses on educational arts and craft projects for teachers. Notmyrealname - do you teach 4 year olds who are home schooled? do you have an e-mail address? I have 3 kids under 4 years. My eldest will be 4 + 3months in September. I will only put him in school in 2013 and will educate him at home but it would be beneficial to have some additional tutoring with someone other than myself. Is this something you may consider?

Does anyone know of a good art teacher that will teach kids after school/weekends etc? I can't seem to get a slot at the popular classes at DUCTAC for my 8 year old, and she loves her art and is showing promise, but her school can't provide the kind of tuition that I am looking for. Thanks! Try contacting Centroid art gallery and studio in Knowledge village. I would really recommend it. Lovely atmosphere. The lady is called Mina at 04 369 7502 they are having an open studio event the 19th -21st Jan where you can go at anytime between 1pm and 5pm to check it out. A very warm and welcoming art gallery has just opened up in Knowledge village, I was there the other day. They do art classes from drawing to painting and painting on fabrics.
