Hi Majoe, I have used the nursery for my child and have only good things to say - see other posts as well. you can catch a glimpse of happy faces and the activities they do on their facebook page. Of course its new and had initial glitches but as long as my baby is happy and learning - I am happy. Re the comments bout the sales tactics - surprisingly i have always felt that the nursery needs to revamp their marketing strategy. they arent aggresive enough. Its a large nursery in a prime location, def one of the best on this side of dubai and many parents still dont know about them???

hi tigress - sorry for delay Chubby Cheeks Nursery is located behind Ibn Battuta Mall in Gardens 5 - pink building next to Discovery Gardens mosque. They occupy complete ground floor - so quite spacious. An excellent nursery - stones throw from JLT. I highly recommend it - and I am not paid for saying this (grin) heres the website for google map - http://chubbycheeksnursery.com/ and facebook page for event updates - http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Chubby-Cheeks-Nursery/210647778960613 i am quite hooked to their fb page and enjoy watching my kiddies snaps

Hi mommyofficially, my child does not got to kidsworld but i have visited them - it is a very small compact set up - lots happening in one room/hall. you should also check out chubby cheeks nursery in discovery gardens - not in jlt but very close and really spacious with themed classrooms and most importantly (for me) a clinic with full time nurse. i dont know whats ur definition of burning hole .. but i do beleive it offers good value for money in our area. Starts at 8:30 too. My child is happy and learning well. The teachers are qualified and native English speaking. u can check their facebook page for activities and events. Ciao

Srilanka is good as well, we had a great time visiting Colombo and Kandy. Its budget friendly - so you can stay at afab 5 star property for much less. You get to see, beaches, mountains, wildlife, nature and culture all in one. Pinnnavilla Elephant Orphanage is a must.

hi pomegranate, 100% real pashmina costs about 2,500dhs. but you cud get part pashmins part wool for 250dhs onward depending on percentage. true pashmina keeps u warm but is so fine an entire shawl will pass thru a ring. the shops in blue souq - u really need to bargain. and you will also find stoles

hi nats, kidville is way beyond my budget. nurseries in our side of dubai r more expensive than school. i look forward to the nursery in jlt - much needed. hope they keep prices sane. i went to this place in some tower in jlt, kids world - pricing was ok (about 1800/mo) but it was like a studio apartment

I second Children's City. Also look at Sharjah science museum and Wildlife Park on Sharjah Airport road. its good coz visitors are in air conditioned cool and animals are in their natural habitat. my kids love the place..
