Thank you- what's the traffic and access in and out like though?
Situated on the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Rd, with a big interchange right next to it, Motor City next door, and Mall of The Emirates a straight road into the city centre, it's located perfectly. The access in and out of theMudon is not the easiest the traffic can be somehow bad in the morning, the exit onto the Shiekh Mohammed bin Zayed road is easy, there isn't usually much traffic there.

Hi, Mudon villas and townhouses are really affordable. And it's a family-friendly community, it has parks for children to play, a community centre and many supermarkets. I recommend Ubora tower, as U Bora Towers is good value for money in terms of floor space and facilities. The building maintenance guys have been very helpful in sorting out the snag list that comes with moving into a new place. The security people have also been very helpful with their knowledge and advice. There is a good view of the Burj Khalifa from the north side and relatively uninterrupted view towards the Dubai Stables on the south side. Overall there is not too much feeling of being crowded by other buildings

I agree, living legends villas are far more affordable than other communities. The best thing is they are more spacious and has everything that you need. Check out http://living-legends.ae/ to know more about living legends.
