I am looking to start the adoption process asap. While my request to join the ASG support group is pending, can anyone confirm whether we can adopt from a Hauge country while living in the UAE or do we have to go through a non-Hague convention country? People have told me that it has to be non-Hague, although a number of the stories that I have read appear to be about Hague convention countries.
