Where are you in the 30 days?
Day 7 Done today :-)
What do you like the most and least?
I love the strength training with the exception of pushups. I'm having a hard time getting past the beginner way. The least: all of the jumping in the first cardio circuit on level one. I can make it through the 3rd cardio circuit better. I'm not sure why.
Have you lost or gained weight or inches?
Unfortunately I did not measure myself before I started. I wish I had because I feel like I have lost in inches more than weight.
What has been the biggest benefit so far?
For me it has been endurance and energy. I feel so much better after I do the workouts. Also, the I feel it has been great for muscle tone.

This is my second time starting. I started in Oct but went on vacation after day 15. You have all motivated me!
