hi ladies! have you guys started buying stuff? anyone find out what they are having? Re: Adnic, i did finally hear from them and they offered be a premium of 35k plus 5k for hubby and 3k for son. but they will cover pregnancy from now and delivery and even the twin pregnancy so i think we are going to go for it, god forbid i have to go into nicu for the twinkies im sure our bill would be much more than that! they will cover nicu charges aslong as i apply for babies within 30 days of them being born. and plus i'm covered for the year! my premium might be a bit higher since i have a pre existing condition but i would deff reccomend who ever doesnt have ins try them out! it might work out cheaper in the end!

Hi ladies hope your well, I'm also expecting twins Due march 3rd but guessing they will come sometime in feb! How are you ladies doing? I'm also having insurance issues as dh is not covered We have applied to Adnic as they are the only ones who cover maternity after already pregnant waiting to hear back on quote If all goes well would like to city Otherwise if premium too high will register with Latifa This is Los my baby 2. & 3 I have a 4 year old son

I've spoken to them. Wanted someone with actual experience to see what all was covered. I heard some insurances say something and then over charge you in the end! Even if not with twins maybe even single pregnancy experiences?

thank you ladies dh has left the decision up to me! so i'm in bit of a pickle i do not want to pass up the opportunity but i know if i go and it rains it will all be down to me :) what hotels do half board or full board packages as we both dont drink i do not think the all inclusive will be worth it for us

no i completely agree as they should interview also, its a two way thing.... they need to be happy with our family as they will soon be apart of our family. its just that since it was the first time me doing anything like this i had no clue what was fair and what i should answer. Twice kick: no, not in a kennel! it was a simple question, as if they are allowed to sleep with friends or where ever they please as i was told by some people they should sleep at home unless special circumstances incase they get a part time job on the weekends, in which case we could be fined

Hello lovely ladies so i am in the process of hiring a new maid and have been doing interview all week, just need a bit of advice since i'm new to this and really do not know what is fair and not want to be taken for a ride. what exactly do you guys have in your maids contracts if you could please all help and ansnwer the following questions 1. what is the salary you guys are willing to pay ( every maid i have interviewed this week wont budge less than 1800-2000)? but i know some people have tired for around 1200 i have a 3 bed flat and 1 son...we are quite flexible and its really not that much work! 2. do you allow them to sleep out on their holidays? 3. are they allowed one day off a week, if so what are the timings for their time off....as in do they have a curfew to come home too?? 4. what are the working hours 5. do you provide all food and toiletries...as in let them buy stuff every time you go shopping, or are they allowed anything in the house. or do you just pay an all in one flat out fee. 6. is it one paid holiday every year for a month? and when tehy come back you renew the visa? thanks in advance as these are some of the questions when THEY ARE INTEVIEWING ME!! i honestly feel as if sometimes i am the one being interviewed an i do not have the answers any help or advice would be much appreciated.

No i dont because she was under the company i had not sponsored her. It was a monthly thing but she had been with us for afew months She wasn't happy with the company that had sponsored her, she basically did not want to be with them. It was a monthly thing that I pay ths company an all in fee and she is under their sponsorship She did however call me last night to ask if I was willing to keep her illegally, I obviously said no, but now stuck in a jam!
