I thought Feet First has moved from Mirdiff and gone to Festival City Dubai i have visited the new branch and the massages are good value for money.

In the oprah show they interviewed a UAE national business woman who is westernized and very wealthy married into a prominent UAE family. . She showed off her large villa, perfect life, lovely kids, hubby who pays all bills as is the norm, housemaid that though the word of madam.....a dream life . I have UAE national friends who were offended this interview as it is not at all the way they live. Of course people if people back home watch this they think we are loaded. That show was a complete diaster and a lot of UAE national felt negatively about it especially the part where she said that the electricity is free!

Hi Melinda, I am sorry I cant really help with your query but I recently visited a private clinic on Al Wasl close to Iranian hospital and saw something about IVF, really not sure who does it and the success rate but you can try to give them a call and take it from there maybe. Its called Al Moosa Clinic and the number is 04-345-2999, Goodluck and lots of baby dust your way!

Hi girls Just found out i am 6 weeks pregnant today this is my first one so very excited had a scan today and even heard the heartbeat. Due date is 4th July so far, no morning sickness so far but i just feel very tired and sleepy. Awww congrats. I hope you have a beautiful and a healthy baby. No morning sickness that is wonderful. I had no morning sickness at all and I was quite happy about it :-) Hugs. Thank you and same to you as well. Yes really lucky with no morning sickness helps a great deal too since i work full time and cant imagine puking in the shared bathroom!

Congrats ladies :) Sami - Is Dr Amal an oldish lady? I was with a Dr Amal who is UK trained/educated last year but she was in the Springs. Not old at all i would say mid thirties.

Thanks metness we are super excited. I got the scan done at a private clinic rather than a hospital since they are all booked out till January 2012 and i didnt want to wait that long. The clinic is called Al Moosa 04 345 2999 its on Al Wasl road before Iranian hospital the Obgyn is Dr. Amal (UK trained and qualified) and she delivers in Medcare. It was a transvaginal scan as 6 weeks is still early so she did give me a choice for waiting for two more weeks but i decided to go ahead with the internal scan instead.

in September There is also bootcamp classes held in Mirdiff park no comparison to yoga but great for getting back into shape. Original Fitness runs it and first class is usually free.

Do they have the cheddar biscuits? Yes!! and they are amazing, the food was good but still teething issues its only 3 days old, we got a table after waiting for 30 minutes. Do book ahead if you plan to go on the weekend.

Its also much more expensive than Ravi's it has an open buffet and its AED 60 per person for dinner and AED 40 per person for lunch. Its a very famous restaurant in Pakistan and the food really is very good!

I went to welcare when i fell and the doctor said there was nothing wrong, i went for a second opinion to the Dubai mall clinic and the ortho told me i had a second degree ligament tear and have to be a cast for three weeks. I dont trust the doctors at welcare, i would recommend the GP Dr's at Dubai London Clinic.

Vj, i feel your pain, i havent lost a parent but lost my only brother 40 days back. It was very unexpected, he was young and had no prior illness. I have been thinking about how it gets better but the someone said to me recently, perhaps there is no ‘getting better’ and only ‘getting used to’. It’s a harsh truth, but how do one ‘get used’ to their loved away being dead.
