Thanks Shaks, I was in MCC actually, so picked up some from Hallmark no problem. Should have asked earlier when I'd bought a card from there too!! Never mind, I know for next time. :)

Good evening and thanks to all ladies that replied!! Have been to the RTA this evening and was all completed within 30 mins, 120AED and a pass certificate - all good. Sale looks like progressing without hitch!! Thanks again ladies, much appreciated!! :):)

Ah ok, so it doesn't matter that I have one in date with registration - I just have to repeat the process again before I sell? Thanks Sey83, I guess next stop is the RTA with my car to see what they say!! Hopefully it doesn't take too long.......

Hi JJ, I found Harissa paste at Spinneys MotorCity this afternoon, made by Barts and near all the glass jars of garlic, ginger etc if you anywhere near there! :):)

Anyone have any idea whats on at the festival tomorrow? I fancy seeing the camel beauty contest, but can't work out when it might be on?Is it just a case of it happens a little every day until a grand finale!? Anyone who's been, appreciate your feedback!! :):cool:

Agree with comments on LG, called them this week after reading this thread as both my dishwasher and washing machine been making a noise for months. fixed the dishwasher onsite, took the washing machine and brought back 3 days later (said it would be 5) and both working perfectly. wish I'd called them ages ago. Not too cheap, both cost 400 each to fix - motor in one and drum in the other (or something...) but worth it. they came when they said they would and brought the washing machine back earlier than they initially quoted so happy bunny here. will buy more LG products if the service centre is like that! :)

Me and DH have recently been to Dr Heather Totten after a recommendation here, found her to be very good for the general checkup and S&P. She's at Medicentres, Motorcity so not sure if your location.

I thought the same at first glance, but they are not like last week in a booklet, they are just on the pages. You have to cut them out. See page 35 as an example :)

We used them for the current property we're in and found them to be very good. Our agent was Quaid Abbas and he was helpful, but don't know if still there as been over a year now.
