Hi I’ve got a dinner tonight in Ruth Chris steak house and I didn’t actually realize it was so expensive (looks like it can cost AED300 just for a steak) Does anyone know what entertainer book it’s in? If it’s the fine dining do you think it would be worth buying for tonight? There are 4 of us eating? Also will the vouchers be vaild for Dubai marina as it is a new venue. Thanks Hi there, I absolutely love Ruth Chris - I have had great experiences at both the Address Marina location and M Hotel. Last time we were going I looked in my normal entertainer books and there was not a voucher in there - sorry I am not certain about whether there may be one in the fine dinning version. But I know that at the moment they are offering a Ramadan Special, where there is a buy one mains dish get one free. Or there was also a 3 course set menu <with a couple of options to choose from for each course> which was about AED230-ish if I remember correctly. When we ordered this we concerned these may be scaled down versions of dishes and that we would leave hungry but to be honest it was perfectly sized and we were very satisfied with the portions and of course quality. I would contact the restaurant and confirm that either of these discount deals are still being offered though just to be safe. Hope this is a lil help. Have a great dinner!! Sarah. :)

Have you tried the Japanese bookshop in Dubai Mall - they have a lot of lovely filofaxes etc. Maybe a luggage shop? Fantastic - thank you so much! These are exactly the type of suggestions I was looking for. I knew I would be able to find something suitable in Dubai but my brain was totally blank on where to go looking. Anybody else have any pearls of wisdom to share?? :))
