A bit off topic here, but I was considering chubby cheeks for my little girl too.I don't a have a driving licence yet and I live in Barsha. so I'm wondering about their transportation service, how safe is it ? As I'm worried I'd be sending my 19 month old in a bus :S

Yeah..lovely nursery it seems..Is that at a walkable distance from the metro station? I don't want to be walking a nice distance in the summer, if you know what I mean :) I guess I'll have to go check it out :) Thanks dramaqn

Thanks Ginee..I just called them they said they won't take children below 2 years of age. Any other suggestions? (My DD is 19 months old by the way) edited by Sareitta on 10/12/2012

Hi ladies, does anyone know a good nursery close to a metro station nearby Barsha. We live near Sharaf DG metro station and I still don't have a driving licence yet, would be great to to take my girl to nursery by metro or taxi nearby where we live. Thanks for the input :)

Well, yeah maybe it is innocent..It's just my first child and I don't really know what they think at this age. I am convinced though, that at a certain point I will have to be teaching her, that she can't walk around naked in front of people.Just felt it was kind of contradicting with what's going on at school.

Hi ladies, I'm currently looking for a school for DD who's turning two. This morning I was at an open day at one of the known schools in Dubai. While on tour, we passed by a class getting ready for their swimming lesson. The children in FS1 were getting dressed in the classroom with the help of the teacher. What I found disturbing was that the kids were literally walking around undressed from head to toes..boys and girls together waiting for the teacher's help! Now is it just me, or is this normal for kids at this age to see each other openly and walk around class naked? Do all schools handle children this way when getting ready for the pool? I'm really curious to know if this is typical or just the school not making enough arrangements for the children to get undressed/dressed in a proper manner.
