Hi GirlAnachronism and Happy New Year ladies!
It was a house party in AR... at midnight every couple were given thouse bags call "Glow Skies" We had to light it and as Fragglexx said they rise up in to the air and then travel for miles :))) Never saw it before but we enjoyed it sooo Much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
