I'm quite confused by this. Of course you need a Labour card to work for someone. You can't work from home unless you have an Intlaq license. Freelancers are supposed to work within the freezone I believe. Anyway, if I was you I would just take this months salary and not give anything in writing. If she challenges you then you can just tell her to meet you at the MOL and take it from there. She won't do that, I am sure of it. Be careful about taking a consultancy license, it is very restrictive.

If it is that terrible why are those of you who are so miserable still here ? I am sincerely asking as I am unfamiliar with the contracts , etc. Can't you relocate to your home countries ? Asia? Many airlines are hiring. It just does not seem worth it to be so miserable Yes it makes us wonder, seriously. I knew that the EK cabin crew leave a lot to be desired these days but the pilots and families don't like the terms here, like seriously, jog along. Good news is that soon they will replace all expat pilots with Emiratis. I presume this is your attempt at sarcasam? Maroosh is that you under a different user name?? hahahaha, clearly you have NO idea what you are talking about and clearly not a Pilot or married to one. Funniest post I have seen in a long time. No need to go to pprune as this thread is way better! Err no, not Maroosh. Clearly you don't know anything about me. What is so funny?

People are so tired of reinventing themselves. A good mango feeding employer thread wouldn't be so bad right now.

I wouldn't let them use my facilities. They are part time workers so they can manage it beforehand. Going in the bushes is natural for them, sorry to say that. In their country a woman would not let them in to use her facilities. In fact, I don't even know why they think that it is ok to ask you, you must have given them plenty of way. Do you make them a coffee too? I bet you do.

I would tell them that I would be informing the police and the DED. I would inform them for advice.
