Moving to Dubai ive found it hard to find a good salon. but i have found a great facialist at Essentials beauty salon down al wasl road. Rebecca from London and gave such a thorough treatment. im not sure what other products she uses but i had a guinot facial with her and id highly recommend. also does anyone know where i can get good hair extensions done out here? lolly Hi Lolly11, Ive also used Rebecca at Essentials, shes fab!! re hair extensions, ive heard that Lulu at Hairworks (um seqium spinneys) is one of the best in Dubai, very quick, not too expensive and knows her work very well!

Ooh sorry just re read your post, myou only need to send the english birth cert, but you do need copies of you and your husbands passports, plus your husbands birth cert. you have upto 120 days to get residency visa for your liitl one, so you may have time to request your birth cents from uk, as you do need them. Hope this helps.

Ha I have done the same thing! You have to scrub before fake tanning, as it helps with the application and keeps tan longer. Either go and have a spray tan, lefty at essentials is good, then use a wash off one if needed to top up and cover tan marks, they have the wash off there so can advise you. Good luck

Hi, More so, the hidden costs?? Takaful life assurance whilst under construction?? Jvt has been delayed and no construction took place for how long? We are being asked for 40k on handover for this??? Expensive life assurance hey! Plus your mortgage payement has 3 amounts included, principle, profit and yes once again takaful life assurance!!, we already have life assurance. Trying to change to another mortgage provider and they get you on charges. Plus the jvt properties are now worth what they were originally sold for and less! So it's impossible to change swapmto another property within nahkheel, as they will only swap OP price and the ones they sell you are above the secondary market, so basically it lookslike everyone is in a pickle. Oh does anyone know what the annual service charges are in jvt?

Will check our contact tomorrow re clause about minimum 8% I haven't seen that, do you know what clause number it is, as I am sure they are standard contracts for the lease agreement? So if that clause is in there, if you have a 20 or 24 year mortgage, they have you over a barrel, unless you consolidate and go with someone else, which will obviously cost you as well!

interesting thread............... The current Dubai Islamic Bank Rate is 4.93% where is this stated? How do you go about getting a reduction? How do we find out what the Dubai Islamic Base rate is, is this linked to something that gives them a base rate to go by??? all very confusing.....................
