I did give italian lessons in the past when i was living in Uk,never thought somebody would want to learn italian here...so i might do it again:-D.About panzerotti get a pen Fiona:700 gr of strong flour(wairose brand from spinneys)half tsp of salt, same of sugar,420 ml of lukewarm water in wich u will add a sachet of dry yeast or a 10gr fresh yeast(carrefour bakery, very cheap).Put the flour in a big bowl, add the salt mix it around, then slowly add the water with the yeast and sugar.Start working the dough,u will notice if the dough wants more water, depends from the weather, anyway u should end up with a soft bt firm texture.Let it rest an hour.Start preparin the filling:drained mozzarella(not the dry square one)chopped, some chopped tin tomatoes drained, bit of grated parmigiano or pecorino, pinch of pepper..has to b a dry compost. When dough is ready, get a rolling pin, flat the dough and get discs(the size is up to you)put some of the filling in the center fold them a fry in hot oil.U can do the same and put em in the hot oven, just make sure u dont overfill...same dough for pizza or calzone.Hope this help, let me know if u want to know more cos am very passionate bout cooking and proper food.Ciao

Natalie8,my grandmother is from round Naples 2,am from Puglia,so i personally mix Naples and Puglia's food so,what comes out is an idyllic mix of healthy and full of flavour food!!Parmigiana, panzerottti, pasta al forno, frittatas(with rice,or leftover pasta,or seasonal veggies etc.etc.etc)....and obviously the language,..willing to give lessons for both:-D

Here in Dubai the life of cats is worth nothing!!!i have 2 cats, and one of them was a stray, they are member of the family,so the older one had to get used to stay indoor, the young one has never been let out.I love them dearly, and i cant stand the thought of them being shot, poisoned or run over from one of the many drivers that actually drive like nuts even in estates(where the limit is 25km).So honestly train him to stay indoor.all the best

Infact i said some owners not all of them....there are people that need the maid to walk the dogs cos they work and there are some that just cant b bothered, its a matter of fact. But as you i dont think a ban is the ideal solution, otherwise ,as already said, Dubai would bcome the city with hundreds of banning laws!!!people have pets all over the world so y should it b a problem in the UAE?

Jwal,if put it this way, then i should think the dog and his owner know exactly what they are doing and no regretting it!!

Dear Rouny,i know how u feeling...just to let u know my adored cat went missing for 2 weeks when we arrived in Dubai last year, and i honestlly tought i wd have neva seen him again,we were distraught. But then as i said after 2 weeks he came back as if nothing happend,so try to have faith, keep calling for him, shake his biscuits box,..and once ur cat is back make sure u put some butter under his paws cos they lick them so when they walk, they live their scent everywhere, and in case he decide to escape again he ll know his way back faster.Keep us posted

With all the respect stop being so radical saying you want to ban dogs!!!!I have 2 dogs and me as other responsible owners DO pick up their p..-i can just say that maybe, just maybe some inconsiderate ignorant owners should move their backside from the sofa and take the responsability to take the dogs out and not waiting for the maids to do it,cos times and times again i ve witnessed maids not to care a wink bout clear after the dog!!!Its up to the owners and their maids to clean!!!otherwise there are countless things and habits that should b banned in Dubai, are we gonna start an intolerance war?i hope not!!!!i ve seen gardeners spittin outside my house, shall i ask for a petition to ban them?dont think so.Catch the idiot definetely but dont think dog owners are all the same!!!!!

Rite, borax powder has to b mixed with water till the solution is saturated and some hidrogen peroxide at 3%volume,the dog has to b bathed in it,not rinsed or dried, its a very effective way cos mange parasites live under their skin, the hidrogen peroxide opens the pores and borax kills the ba......s things.Borax its nt toxic for dogs,BORIC ACID is on the other side, very toxic for pets they are 2 different things.Vet keeps injecting ivermectin but not real results, apparently the problem is the sand!I will definitly try Choithrams, thank you so much!!
