There are some special shampoos (that can prevent damage when we use desalinated water) available in pharmacies- unfortunately I can not remember the name, but ask the pharmacist. Cost was approx 90 Dhs.
What ever anyone believes, I appreciate everyones advises are. People might have different reasons and solutions for hairfall- why not to learn from each others experiences. Being sarcastic does not help anyone.
