I've only seen a small snip-it of one of the DVDs so don't really have any idea what to expect... except that its going to be flippin hard! I was very fit about six years ago (marathon runner/gym bunny) but since moving here and working full time I've found it hard to fit in any "hardcore" exercise - for the last year or so I have been alternating between Jillian M's Ripped in 30 (plus a couple of other DVDs) and running - always trying to do something 6 times a week but am starting to find this less challenging hence the need for something new. Have you tried the Circuit Factory - I did look into that but the timings didn't work for me which is a shame because I hear that gives excellent results. You should be v proud of getting through the first week - I do wonder how many people start this and don't even get as far as you have - so well done! I'll post again when the DVD arrives but will keep an eye out for updates from you and will shout "DIG DEEPER" if your enthusiam starts to wane!

Hi LuLee - I did a lot of research on the new Ford Explorer - the XLT and Limited have 2nd row aircon - AED 140k and AED 170k respectively - very nice spacious car - worth test driving

Thank you so much for your responses/feedback. I guess I was looking for reassurance that I wasn't off my trolley forking out for the LR4 - deep down it was the one I really wanted but its a huge amount of money to spend... never had a new car before and would never be able to afford one in the UK so might as well make hay while the sun shines! Thanks again.

Yes - it claims to slow cook, fry, bake, boil, makes yoghurt, is a rice cooker and an oven - impressive given its only a tiny little thing... doesn't do the washing up though! I'll let you know how I get on with it over the weekend - if it doesn't live up to expectations then its going back to the shop!

After reading this thread I bought the Lakeland "Superchef" at the weekend - not tried it yet but plan to get creative over the weekend.

I've just renewed mine and was 28 days late - no fines so yes I believe there must be a 30 day grace period

I know this has been asked a few times and I have done a search and come up with a couple of names on here but wondered if there were any other recommendations for a maths tutor. Many thanks in advance

Don't lose heart AussiePup - I have been Shredding on and off for the last 12 months! I have never managed to do the 30 days straight - always found something got in the way. I have moved up to the RIPPED in 30 which I think is much better in that there are four levels and each set of strength, cardio and abs are 30 secs not 1 min as in the Shred (although I will say that the exercises are harder!). I try and do three/four days in a row then have a day off and then repeat. Found it much easier. I also alternate between the levels too - so one week I'll do level 1 and level 2 and the next level 3 and level 4. Good luck and keep going... it does work

I've been really interested in this thread - we rescued a mum and kitten a few weeks back -kitten was very young and only surivor from the litter of five. We have two cats already - three year old brother and sister - have kept mum and baby in spare room but are very slowly introducing to our resident cats from a distance!- there has been lots of hissing and growling and mum cat is obviously very protective of her baby - we have got a long way to go - hoping to be able to get injections done soon but have had to hold off until mum stops nursing - also need to get them spayed. Really want it to work out but am concerned we'll never get them to be best buddies. All the advice below has been helpful and I'm glad to see we are doing somethings right. Would someone be able to tell me if Feliway is available in vets or pet shops please? Thanks ladies

The article reads 1. 21 days' wage for each of the first five years of service 2. 30 days' wage for each additional year of service provided always that the aggregate amount of serverance pay should not exceed two year's wage I've read that to mean that the maximum amount payable will be equal to two year's salary - of course whether that means full salary or basic salary is another question Not sure if that was what you were querying?

The maximum EOSG payment is two years' salary. If a firm decides to pay more than that then you should be very happy! Article 132 - section 2.
