I am going to Vilafortuny on Al Wasel road, and I have to say I'm delighted with my result after 3 sessions. The therapist is very experienced and knowledgeable, and advises you to complete the course to achieve the best results, she explained that some people are so happy with the results after a few sessions they don't complete the course. Hi DollyDo, my husband swears by Dr. Charles Jones of California Chiropractic and Sports Medicine Center located in Dubai Healthcare City, hes a Dr of Sports Medicine so should be able to help you with the correct diagnosis and he has a team of Physiotherapists so if you require treatment they can also help. I know their philosophy is to try and avoid surgery whenever possible, sometimes depending on the individual and the issue this is not always the case.

Ladies, is anyone else receiving numerous emails and phone calls from agents regarding either selling or renting their property? I have not given out any contact details yet I'm being bombarded on a daily basis receiving at least 5 emails daily. I would like to know how my private details are suddenly being passed around. Any advice how I can stop the phone calls, messages send emails as it's driving me crazy!

We used Toscana and were absolutely delighted with the completed result. I firmly believe if you want quality something is worth waiting for, I know this is not everyone's opinion, especially here when we all expect something yesterday, but as I said if someone said they could see me or start tomorrow I would be a little worried. The team at Toscana are very professional providing detailed drawings we worked alongside them giving our ideas which were perfectly translated. They also made suggestions as to what in their opinion would enhance the garden.

Hopefully you have found your little rabbit, I'm not sure where you live in the Ranches but my husband was recently walking our dog and saw a rabbit close to the tennis courts, children's play area ( shaded) between Alvorada 1&2. Good luck

I was recently walking past Bloomingdales and was asked if I would like to try one of the Tom Ford perfumes they were promoting. Within the hour I had returned to buy the perfume I tried as the scent was amazing. Apparently it's their best seller they can't keep it on the shelves, it's White Suede very unusual and memorable. Noir et noir also by Tom Ford is very nice. Im also a fan of Jo Malone and Coco by Chanel ( my husbands favorite) Hope your special scent is memorable when you discover it. Let us know what it was :)

Hi ladies, I have been using revitalash since April, applying it every night for the first 3 months then 3 times a week thereafter and the results are truly amazing!!!! I know Kim Kardashian is a spokesperson but always assumed she wore lash extensions, but I have to say my lashes look exactly the same everyone I know comments on them. If you only buy one beauty product make it this....you will be amazed. For the previous lady who commented it hadn't worked for her, I'm not sure why or what she did, but if you apply it diligently every night for the first 3 months you will certainly, see results. It may be expensive but the container will certainly last at least 6 months. I don't think that's too much to pay for amazing lashes, you will be the envy of all your friends. I also bought mine at Maria Dowling, at least you know this is genuine and not a fake product.

I completely agree with fairy dust, you really do get what you pay for, in my experience I would never think of compromising on my hairdresser. I go to Maria Dowling and have ladies consistently ask me where I have my hair done. If you see someone's hair colour you like don't be afraid to ask who they go to. Good luck.

I totally second all that jcdubai has mentioned, Dr.Aana Sepiolo is wonderful, I have been taking bio identical hormones for the past 8 months, feeling wonderful I'm also hoping to start taking T3, she is extremely knowledgeable and as Jcdubai said willing to listen.

Hi Kewlzany, we visited SF for the first time last year, we stayed within walking distance of Union Sq, at the Fairmont Hotel very easy to hop on and off the famous trams, otherwise steep hills to climb walking back to the hotel! We visited Alcatraz well worth a visit, certainly book you're tickets and ferry crossing in advance so you only need to collect your tickets at the ferry departure terminal. Fisherman's wharf is also a must for lunch, especially if you like seafood, a viewing spot to see the huge sea lions basking in the sun. Nice art galleries, I would go onto trip advisor to get a list of the best restaurants, of course wonderful Californian wines too :))

I have seen Dr. Anna Sepiolo at the Dubai London Clinic and can highly recommend her, she has recommended I take Bio Identical Hormones (google it) not cheap, but it has certainly worked for me. It may take a few weeks until they get the dosage correct, but results are worth it. Especially the difference to your skin, I'm glowing :) She is booked well in advance ( usually at least 3-4 weeks) so book early. Good Luck,

I would agree with Evi and can highly recommend Jim Will Fix It, they were at my house last week serviced my 4 AC units arrived promptly at 9am gave a thorough cleaning were there for 31/2 hours. They covered any furniture with huge rolls of plastic if any ducts were above the furniture. The work is guaranteed for 3 months. I called to ask if we could take out a contract with them, and they explained they do not believe in taking clients money in advance, nice to see an ethical company in Dubai. Bravo Jim Will Fix It.

Maria Dowling's salon sells a great wand, exactly the same as GHD, but at a cheaper price and easily available, my niece has beautiful long hair, which looks amazing once she has used her wand, it also comes with a carry case.:)

Only Du is available in the Ranches, it depends if you upload/ download a lot, I would go for the 100mbps, and highly recommend a strong router that covers the entire house ( I bought mine from Sharaf DG in Times Square) about 10mins drive from the Ranches, they are also in Dubai Mall. Reception for phones using Etisalat (phone carrier) is not too good as there are not as many transmitters as the area is Du ( the alternative carrier) Good Luck, we love living there, especially nice in the cooler months :) Sophie, we have terrible speed/coverage problems after upgrading to 16mbs. Aloha there.....I cannot get Botox as I suffer from now controlled Graves Disease. There is a chance of a bad auto immune reaction. I do want to smoothen out my forehead wrinkles though. What are the botox alternatives for forehead wrinkles? Any suggestions? New Thermage? Radiofrequency? Fillers? I have been having Fractora from London Centre for Aesthetic Surgery with Dr.Maurizio and I can safely say the results are AMAZING. Dr Maurizio Viel , thousands....millions of time!!! he is highly recommended by many colleagues ;) Yes, would also recommend Dr. Maurizio, or Dr. Roberto, I wouldn't hesitate to use them, have not had fillers but other treatments, always happy and one other thing to remember, the standards in Dubai Healthcare City are so much higher than standards in clinics in Dubai.

Hi Ladies, I have been seeing Dr.Anna Sepiolo at the Dubai London Clinic since November can highly recommend her and the bio identical hormones. Blood tests are a must as everyone is different and tailored to an individuals requirements. The compounding pharmacy in Dubai Healthcare City then mix the creams to your prescription. It may take a few visits until the right percentages are achieved but I feel fantastic and a huge plus is my skin looks amazing. Dr.Anna monitors you very closely ensuring all your yearly tests are carried out. Whilst the creams certainly are not cheap i would only consider the bio identical hormones not the standard HRT. Hope this helps :)

Highly recommend a visit to San Quentin but you do need to book the tickets in advance for the ferry crossings, I would book an early time as it does get busy, we flew into SF last year and used Hertz then drove down PCH 1 dropping the car off in LAX. can also recommend stopping in Paso Robles or Santa Barbara to break the journey, hotel Cheval in Paso, in the middle of wine country very scenic, wine tasting in the area is great! Be prepared for misty/ foggy mornings in May anywhere near the coast, this usually burns off by mid day. May want to spend a few days in San Diego, Balboa Park v interesting and the Gaslamp area for jazz and places to eat.

Hi Amanda, I would also recommend breaking the journey perhaps staying in Santa Barbera for a night, then beautiful wine country around San Luis Obispo, lovely hotel in Paso Robles, Hotel Cheval a must trip is to Hearst Castle you can see it from PCH. Great viewing stations to stop along the way to view the sealions . Second The Post Ranch Inn, also worth driving on to Carmel if you have time.. The scenery is stunning, keep your camera ready!
