I just bought two pillows last week from @home on the lower ground at dubai mall, and they were fairly reasonably priced at 65dhs each. so far so good, they also come with extra stuffing in the event you want more. Fingers crossed, time will tell if they were a worth while purchase.

hi ladies, congratulations to you all, sorry to jump in on this post but also due early july with my first child (it's a Boy!!) and would be very interested in meeting others. would love to join in for yoga classes or just meet up for a drink if anyone is free. don't work so any time works for me and happy to travel as no-one seems to live around the difc area. also just on a side note does anyone know what's involved in applying for an australian passport for a new born? or even how to go about it? many thanks

hi lizzie, a few years ago my then boyfriend and i drove from san francisco to LA. On the way there he surprised me by stopping at a great hid away called The Post Ranch Inn, in an area called Big Surr. He'd organised reservations at there cliff restaurant where we had a beautiful 4 course meal which was very romantic (overlooked the ocean, 11,000 ft above sea level) by the time we got to our room he had arranged the staff to have candles lit, and the fire place going (choice of room included ocean views or tree houses which are built within the redwood trees!). We stayed in one of the tree houses and they were lovely, that was the night we got engaged. Unfortunately we didnt get to stay for long the next day as we needed to be in LA but had we stayed longer we would have taken full advantage of the morning walk in the forest, yoga and use of the day spa. its more of a romantic place so not much else to do other than spend time with your partner and it is on the more $$$ side (one good thing is everything in the room is included in the price from the champagne to the cheese so no surprising mini bar tab at check out!). I hope this give you an idea at least, enjoy your trip and safe travels.
