I just received a email. Top Chef in jumeirah is having a bread class soon...maybe they will teach you how to do the sour dough. Bread is on the mind! But i do think the bread man at ARTE will help you out, his name is khaled if i remember correct. Pinkdiamondz.. thank you ever so much again. I will contact Top Chef and Khaled. Right now, I have in the oven a sour dough baking and fingers crossed its looking so good. I am super excited if its turned out as planned. Happy Days, Thank you! :)

Hi this sounds wonderful, I am a sour dough addict. I cant help you with a starter but there is a well informed baker man who sells his artisan sour dough at the ARTE in Times square. he teaches you and maybe he can give you a starter? he is very helpful and he does varieties. I am on the hunt for a white crispy on the outside San Fran style sour dough....any ideas where to find this please do let me know. Thank you for this tip! I appreciate it very much !

hello! Is anyone out there a keen bread baker? I am a novice and trying to prepare my first sour dough starter. would love any tips on quantities, time lines until you can use it. I had to throw out the first batch (rye flour) and trying different types of flour.. Look forward to hear any ideas, thanks!

North East India does not have organized tourism. All you need is a decent hotel to stay (which you can find from tripadvisor.com) and a reliable taxi driver who can drive you around. The following could be options: Option 1 - Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Guwahati (http://gulfnews.com/news/asia/india/sikkim-becomes-india-s-first-organic-state-1.1657050) Option 2 - Shillong, Cherrapunjee, Kaziranga and surrounding (check this: http://gulfnews.com/news/asia/india/india-s-cleanest-village-clings-on-to-its-serenity-1.1657411) Option3 - Siliguri, Dargeeling (best in November, December) You can also check https://www.makemytrip.com/holidays-india/sikkim-tour-packages.html. But I am not sure how they operate. thats fantastic thank you so much! i really appreciate this very much,

Hi Stinat14. To my experience March is not a good season for a tour to Darjeeling. Are you looking for a tour to North-east India? If yes, I have travelled that part of India a lot. I can answer your questions. hi Syl123, thank you very much for the reply. If you can advise if not Darjeeling then which places would you recommend? We travelled to Dehli and thereabouts last march and found it was perfect weather. I guess its a lot colder the further north.. Do you know of a reliable tour operator to assist with bookings etc? Many thanks once again :)

Me and hubby are planning to drive through France to Italy in September. Can anyone recommend charming small hotel or good quality B&B in Provence region with good views for one or two nights?

Hang in there! It took 3 months for me to get a job. Keep bugging the agencies as they will forget about you if you don't stay on top of them. Good Luck!

The Garden Centre on Sheikh Zayed Rd sell outdoor fabric. I have never used them but would guess they are quite expensive. We have had all our garden furniture recovered and/or remade by TopCo in Al Quoz. They were made to measure so I am sure they would make umbrellas too. tel: 056 789 2662 HTH thank you so much for this tip ! that sounds great! edited by stinat14 on 28/01/2015
